Uplift! Yoga
Join Lori in an exploration of the first three "Koshas" - different levels of our being. Annamakosha: We explore the physical body using awareness practices and yoga postures that allow us to become more in tune with what we need to do to create comfort and ease in our activities. Pranamayakosha: Breathing practices and hand gestures (mudras) help us understand how energy moves through us, how it can get stuck and how to find it when we need it! Manomayakosha: Navigating our way through our patterns of thought using guided relaxation, concentration and meditation practices, helps us learn to witness our thoughts and become more aware of how our mind affects our bodies. This ability to "witness" rather than become trapped by our thought patterns eventually lifts away our mental clutter and leads us to greater joy and contentment.
